CHPD Statement 12/30/2018: First, our Department would like to extend our gratitude for all the support we’ve received since we tragically lost Sgt. Bertram on December 12th. The support we’ve received from the community as been amazing to say the least. We are truly blessed as a department to have such a supportive community behind us!!
Since that time countless individuals have inquired about fundraising opportunities and/or ideas for the Bertram family. If you have a fundraising idea please send our page a private message with your contact information so that a representative of the department can contact you.
We ask that no individual take it upon themself to raise money without contacting our agency in advance. We want to insure that 100% of monies raised goes to its rightful cause.
Again, we thank each and every member of the community for all the support you have given to us over the last two weeks.
