-SHELTER IN PLACE SURVEY:
In an effort to provide critical information to first responders during and after this disaster, the City of Charlestown has compiled the following survey to gather information on the demographics of individuals that have made the decision to shelter in place during this event.
While first responders may not be able to immediately enter impacted areas due to safety hazards, the City is working diligently to ensure that responders have the information they need to address the needs of impacted households as quickly as possible.
Please complete the following survey to assist officials in our efforts as we continue to serve and ensure safety.
