Severe Weather Update: Charlestown/Clark County remains under a Flash Flood Warning until at least 12:30 am (please stay away from ponding and moving waters during heavy downpours.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 4:00 am Tuesday; due to a very heavy line of Severe Thunderstorms approaching our area from the north and west. A line of heavy to severe thunderstorms is expected to arrive between 11:30 pm and 12:30 am tonight. This line of storms has a history of heavy rain, high wind, large hail and some spin up tornadoes.
Charlestown residents should remain vigilant, monitor local media, and be ready to seek shelter. We will continue to do the same.
