Directions: This On-Line Entry form can be used to register your car show, burn-out, police cruiser display or vendor entry for the 2007 Charlestown Police Reserves Car Show and Burn Out Contest. Entry fees still apply and must be received on or before the date of show (Sunday, August 12th, 2007). * Note: Entry fees received on or before Wednesday, July 25th, 2007, will be receive a FREE event t-shirt, dash plaque & 2 entries for the '56 Olds Super 88. Entry fees can be mailed, separate of this on-line entry form, by including a printed AND SIGNED WAIVER copy of your on-line entry form confirmation page, to Car Show Entry, P.O. Box 632, Charlestown, Indiana 47111.
