The Charlestown Police Department is comprised of 15 full time academy certified police officers, including the Chief, and a Detective. The Department is supplemented with 15 certified and trained Reserve Officers. The Department proudly serves the growing community of Charlestown, in the south central Indiana county of Clark, with a current estimated population of 8,500+.
